Statement and Disclaimer

The members of Tlaxcala practice and encourage free knowledge because, among other reasons, it is a necessary condition to achieve the objectives that we set out in our Manifesto.

All of our publications, original articles as well as translations, are governed by the principle of permissive copying, or copyleft, which implies that (1) original articles are written under copyleft and translations are based on articles produced under copyleft, or are in the public domain, or those who own the authors' property rights have authorized us to translate, reproduce and publish them; (2) our work is completely voluntary and unremunerated. We don't receive, demand, solicit, accept nor pay third parties material remuneration of any kind and (3) our publications, both articles and translations, may be freely reproduced under copyleft, always with respect for the integrity of the article translated or reproduced, citing the author, source, translator and publisher, with the explicit declaration that it is being reproduced under these conditions.
