Here is the petition sent on 17 July 2020 by Luis Portillo Pasqual del Riquelme to the EU Commission in Brussels

 

FIRST.-Request that infringement proceedings be initiated against Spain for failure to comply with the jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Union (ECJ) with regard to the EU-Morocco Fisheries Agreement, pursuant to Article 258 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU).

SECOND.-If the Commission finds that the infringement complained of here has been committed, it should sue Spain before the ECJ for failure by Spain to comply with its jurisprudence on the EU-Morocco Fisheries Agreement.

THIRD.-That this petition and any possible complaint be forwarded to the European Parliament for information and appropriate action, if appropriate.
